1. Parties
Seller - user verified against Minimum Seller Requirement can sell sport predictions.
Buyer - user can buy Seller's predictions for real money.
2. Subscription
Subscription - period of time buyer pays for to get seller's predictions.
Bets profit - total returns minus total stake during specified period of time. Seller specifies Subscription Price for 1 month period.
Subscription Profit - Bets Profit minus Subscription Price (including trytobet.org fee).
Current month Subscription Price:
- before 23nd of the month buyer has to pay full price.
- after 23nd of the month buyer pays for next month subscription and gets current month for free.
We calculate Subscription Profit at the end of Subscription period:
- if paid Subscription Profit is less than $0.00 then subscription will be extended +1 month for free while all future subscriptions for this seller will be canceled.
- if paid Subscription Profit is less than $0.00 for already extended subscription then trytobet.org returns money back to a Buyer and cancels all future subscriptions for that seller. trytobet.org returns subscription price, not negative Bets Profit.
3. Seller
3.1 Terms
Bets Profit - average monthly bets profit for last 4 months.
Monthly Number of Bets - average monthly number of bets during last 4 month
3.2 To become a seller
Active Month - is a month when user placed at least 5 bets.
Candidate Bets Profit - average monthly bets profit (total returns minus stakes) for last 4 active months. If bet stake acceeds 20.00 then during calculation bet stake will be reduced to 20.00.
In order to become a Seller user should meet Minimum Seller Requirements: at least 20 bets placed during last 4 active months and Candidate Bets Profit should be at least 20.00.
When user becomes a seller then Seller Bets Profit and Monthly Number of Bets will be calculated using last 4 active months bets.
trytobet.org can change Minimum Seller Requirements. If seller does not meet new requirements Seller Account will be disabled.
trytobet.org checks all Sellers against Minimum Seller Requirements at the end of every month, if seller does not meet Minimum Seller Requirements then Seller Account will be disabled.
3.3 Seller Rules
Maximum allowed stake is 20.00.
Seller can place bets not later than 12 hours before match start.
Seller can have buyer account but its not allowed to sell other Seller's predictions .
Seller Balance - real money Seller earned by selling sport prediction. Has nothing to do with Betting Game balance.
Seller cannot transfer money from Seller account to a Buyer account.
We support Paypal payment method for money withdrawals. trytobet.org does not cover withdrawal fee.
Seller can withdraw money even if Seller's account is deactivated. Minimun withdrawal amount is $25.00. Seller can withdraw any amount if account is disabled.
4. Buyer
Its buyer's responsibility to check seller's pending bets periodically to do not miss any. Pay attention that Sellers can place bets not later than 12 hours before match start.
Buyer can increase or decrease bet stake at own risk. Subscription Profit will be calculated based on Seller's stake.
Buyers can buys predictions for personal use only, it's forbiden to share or sell these predictions on trytobet.org or any other resource.
Buyer Balance - Buyer deposits to buy sports predictions. Has nothing to do with Betting Game balance.
Buyer can deposit money using PayPal payment method.
Buyer can request money withdrawal. Then following amount will be transferred: Buyer Balance minus Deposit fee. Also trytobet.org does not cover withdrawal fee.
5. General
trytobet.org can update Terms and Conditions with corresponding notification on home page.
trytobet.org gets fee for every successful subscription.
You can request to add a new league and we'll add it if our odds and scores provider supports that league.
Any suspisious web requests to break or change this web site logic or access forbiden data will result in closing your Buyer or Seller account.
We support Paypal payment method for money Deposits and Withdrawals. trytobet.org does not cover any transaction fees.
